The Product Development group in Göteborg is looking for professionals with a strong software development background. You will be involved in all stages of software development: analysis, design, construction, testing, documentation and maintenance. You will be working with highly talented and experienced developers, having regular interaction with the other component groups.
Qualifications

We are recruiting for the following teams:
User Interfaces
The User Interface team delivers the applications that allow planners to make the most out of our world-class optimization as well as to manage stressful situations on the day of operation. You will work in a team dedicated to provide end-users with the user interfaces best suited to master the complexity of resource optimization at all stages in the planning process. You should have a genuine interest in interaction design and usability at large, as well as experience of large scale system development of client-server based applications in Java and/or C++.
Optimization
The Optimization team is responsible for the core Optimization-engines in all our products. As a member of the team you will work with mathematical modeling, algorithmic development and performance tuning as well as taking part in research, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. You are goal-oriented and enjoy problem-solving, but still have an eye for the big picture. You must work well in a team and be very communicative and open. An interest in optimization and algorithms is a given. Strong C/C++ skills and background in Object-Oriented programming is required.
Data Management – DAVE
The DAVE team develops data management components which provide a highly reliable common data store within our integrated Tracking and Crew Management solutions. The DAVE team is setting new standards in providing complete data-audit support, customizability, data models for advanced scenario support and high performance. Applicants should have development skills in C++ and Python, a strong database background and preferably also framework or middleware development experience.
